E-Replica offers an unlimited 7 day money back guarantee.  This means once you receive your replica watch in the mail you have 7 days to decide if it’s right for you. 

The guarantee protects you against any defects or damage that may have been incurred to the watch during shipping.  As well, in the rare case we’ve erroneously sent the wrong watch you can ship it back.  We guarantee an impeccable replica watch.  If that’s not what you receive we’ll happily accept a return. 

Please be aware that we can only accept returned watches in their original packaging, unworn and in unused condition.

Warranty

A 6 month warranty applies to all watches sold by E-replica.  The warranty protects the customer against manufacturer’s defects.  It does not cover damage due to misuse.  A certain level of wear and tear, as deemed by the manufacturer, is expected over time and is not covered by the warranty.

A returned watch takes at least 2 to 3 weeks for us to repair and return to you.  If you receive a defective watch please return it as soon as possible to assist us in ensuring the utmost quality of our products.
